Check in usually takes place in our three stars Hotel da Bruno which is situated in Salizzada San Lio, only three minutes walking both from the Rialto Bridge and St.Mark Square. All the apartments are situated only a few minutes from the hotel. One of our representatives will take you to the chosen property and will provide all the information regarding the apartment. Other meeting points (more conveniently placed to reach the apartment you chose) are also possible. In this case, specific instructions on how to reach the meeting point will be sent to you.

Check-in starts at 3.00 pm. If the apartment, the day of your arrival, is ready before 3pm, we would be glad to let you check-in in advance. Please, to welcome You at the best, let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

Check-in procedure is up to 7.30 pm (at the meeting point) and it is included in the rate. Later arrivals (from 7.30 pm to 11.00 pm) are subjected to an extra charge of 30 euros. Special agreements can be made for later check-in.

Check out is up to 11.00 am.

Yes, sure: you can leave your bags in a specific area in our Hotel da Bruno.

No, guests are welcome every day of the week.

As a general rule, we have a minimum stay of 4 nights during high season and 3 nights during low season. Longer or shorter minimum stays can apply in specific periods of the year.

No, the apartments are in different buildings in the same area of the city. One of our representatives will take you to your apartment at check-in.

The price is per apartment.

The apartments are self-catering, so breakfast is not included. In all our apartments there is a well-equipped kitchen but, if you want, you will have the chance to enjoy a plentiful buffet breakfast at Hotel da Bruno, at an extra charge.

Yes, you can. The amount includes rental of the apartment, service, taxes, check in up to 7.30 pm, and final cleanings. Venice city tax is not included in the rate.

Yes, the price covers utilities’ use of electricity, water, gas, heating and air conditioning. Bed and bath linen are provided. Cleanings and housekeeping before and after Your stay are also included. Rentals over 7 nights include linen change and cleanings during Your stay. There are no hidden extras to pay.
Venice city tax is not included in the rate.

Venice Tourist Tax has been recently introduced by and it’s due to the City of Venice. This compulsory tax is 1,50 euro per person per night. During low season 30% reduction. Children aged between 10 and 15 will pay half the tax fare, whereas those under 10 will not be charged at all. The tax is applied only for the first five consecutive nights. We will be also able to book you a romantic gondola ride or a private taxi, as well as a table in one of the charming restaurants nearby where you can taste the typical Venetian dishes.

Yes, some apartments boast a wonderful canal view. But also the other apartments are charming and comfortable.

Yes, some apartments have a terrace overlooking the Venetian roofs and islands, some others have balconies on private courts or even on canals.

Yes, in each apartment there is a Tv with national channels and a dvd player where You can watch movies in original languages. Some of the apartments also have a satellite receiver, so you will be able to enjoy also foreign channels.

All the apartments are no-smoking.

Yes, all our apartments are provided with air-conditioning and autonomous heating. There are no extra charges for these services. These services are strictly seasonal.

Some flats have a wi-fi internet access system that you can use for free. You can check if this service is available in the description of the apartment. Anyway, we also have an Internet connection and a computer that are at your disposal in our Hotel da Bruno.

Pets are not allowed, we are sorry.

Beside the normal rules of common courtesy (e.g. not making noises that could disturb the neighbors and respecting the common areas of the building), please never leave garbage in the common areas. Garbage can be left outside the building between 6:00 am and 8:00 am.

The nearest airport is the “Marco Polo” Venice Airport which is situated in Tessera, only 13 km far from the city centre and well-connected by public and private transports. Otherwise, at 40 km from the Venice city centre, there is also the “Antonio Canova” Treviso Airport, which is also well-connected by public and private transports.

At the Venice Airport’s pier (200 meters walk from the entrance of the airport), you will find the water taxi service that can take you to the meeting point and there is no need to book it. If you need to book a taxi for your departure’s day, we would be glad to help you.

The nearest railway station is “Venezia Santa Lucia”. Do not get off at “Venezia Mestre”, which is situated in the mainland, but get off at the railway station of “Venezia Santa Lucia” which is in the city centre. When You are outside the railway station, You will find the stops of the public transportation (“vaporetto”).

The nearest gondola stations are at the Rialto Bridge, in Campo Santa Maria Formosa, in Campo Santi Apostoli and in Campo Santa Maria dei Miracoli.
