Ideally located in the heart of the city, only 2 minutes walk to San Marco Square and 5 minutes walk to the Rialto Bridge, this elegantly restored apartment has a great canal view and gondolas can often be seen passing peacefully by.
It is located on the 1st floor, measures roughly 65 square meters and it is composed as follows: an entrance, an elegant double bedroom, a cosy double bedroom, a light and generous living room, a fully equipped and functional kitchen, two modern bathrooms (a larger one with bathtub, and another with w.c. and wash basin only).
A local well-stocked Coop supermarket is only 3 minutes’ walk away and there are plenty of good restaurants and cafés in the surroundings. Everything you might need is right outside: a bakery, a pizza take-away, fresh fruit and vegetable store and one of the best ice cream parlors in Venice. Despite its central location, is quiet and private.
The “Aquae” apartment has been newly renovated, equipped with air-conditioning system as well as climate controlled heating. Full comfort amenities such as Wi-Fi internet connection and brand new electrical appliances are there.
Our family-run Hotel da Bruno is located right in the neighborhood: extremely convenient for check-in, check-out and any additional needs you might have. Our 24-hour hotel reception is always on hand!
Check-in instructions:
• In order to welcome you at the best, please let us know the expected time of your arrival.
• Check-in takes place at our Hotel da Bruno (web site: www.hoteldabruno.com) which is situated in the lively Salizzada San Lio street, three minutes’ walk either from the Rialto Bridge or St. Mark’s Square. The apartment is situated only a few minutes from the hotel and one of our representatives will walk you to the property and will provide all needed information. The exact address is 5726/A Castello – Salizzada San Lio street, Venice city centre.
Check-in hours: check in service is included in the rate from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm (Monday to Thursday), extended to 9.30 pm on Friday – Saturday – Sunday
Late check in: If you arrive at the meeting point (Hotel da Bruno) after 8.00 pm (after 9.30 pm from Friday to Sunday) you can anyway
check-in in our Hotel da Bruno, pick up keys and reach the apartment by yourself (a few minutes’ walk) with a good map that we will provide. Hotel da Bruno reception is 24hs open. No additional costs.
In case of early arrival – if the apartment is empty and ready – we will let you check-in in advance. If not, you’ll be allowed to leave your luggage, free of charge, in a specific area in our Hotel da Bruno.
