Strategically located in the heart of the city, close to Campo Santa Maria Formosa, within only a five minutes walk from both the Rialto Bridge and Saint Mark Square, the charming Casa Nova Belvedere Apartment sits at the second and third floors. Completely re-furnished in 2010, the apartment is around 70 sq.m in size and consists – at the second floor – of a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa-bed, a well-equipped kitchen (with also dish washer) with a dining area, and – at the third floor – of a beautiful double bedroom, one modern bathroom with shower and washing machine, a beautiful private ‘altana’ (typical Venetian terrace on the roofs from where you can admire an enchanting view of the city) where you can relax and have breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Easily reachable by public and private transport, the apartment, despite its central location, is quiet and private. A few steps away from the apartment, there is a large well-stocked supermarket, a bakery, a “pizza takeaway”, a fresh fruit and vegetable store and one of the best ice cream parlours in Venice.

• In order to welcome you at the best, please let us know the estimated time of your arrival. Thank you.
• Check-in takes place at our Hotel da Bruno (www.hoteldabruno.com) which is situated in Salizzada San Lio, three minutes’ walk either from the Rialto Bridge or St. Mark’s Square. The apartment is situated only a few minutes from the hotel and a member of the staff will provide all needed information. • Check-in hours: Check-in starts at 3.00 pm. Reception at our Hotel da Bruno is always open 24/7.
In case of early arrival (before 3.00pm) – if the apartment is empty and ready – we will let you check-in in advance. If not, you’ll be allowed to leave your luggage, free of charge, in a specific area of Hotel da Bruno. For your valuables, an attended storage service is available (service may be chargeable).
Free luggage deposit available for our guests also on the day of departure, after check out (11 am).
