Strategically located in the heart of the city, close to Campo Santa Maria Formosa, within only a five minutes walk from both the Rialto Bridge and Saint Mark Square, the charming Casa Nova Terrace Apartment sits at the second floor. Completely re-furnished in 2010, the apartment is around 80 sq.m in size and consists of a nice entrance with dining-area, a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa-bed and a well-equipped kitchen (with also dish washer and washing machine), a cosy triple bedroom, a modern bathroom with shower, a beautiful private terrace where you can relax and have breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Easily reachable by public and private transport, the apartment, despite its central location, is quiet and private. A few steps away from the apartment, there is a large well stocked supermarket, a bakery, a “pizza take-away”, a fresh fruit and vegetable store and one of the best ice cream parlours in Venice.

Check-in instructions:
• In order to welcome you at the best, please let us know the expected time of your arrival.
• Check-in takes place at our Hotel da Bruno (web site: www.hoteldabruno.com) which is situated in the lively Salizzada San Lio street, three minutes’ walk either from the Rialto Bridge or St. Mark’s Square. The apartment is situated only a few minutes from the hotel and one of our representatives will walk you to the property and will provide all needed information. The exact address is 5726/A Castello – Salizzada San Lio street, Venice city centre.
Check-in hours: check in service is included in the rate from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm (Monday to Thursday), extended to 9.30 pm on Friday – Saturday – Sunday
Late check in: If you arrive at the meeting point (Hotel da Bruno) after 8.00 pm (after 9.30 pm from Friday to Sunday) you can anyway
check-in in our Hotel da Bruno, pick up keys and reach the apartment by yourself (a few minutes’ walk) with a good map that we will provide. Hotel da Bruno reception is 24hs open. No additional costs.
In case of early arrival – if the apartment is empty and ready – we will let you check-in in advance. If not, you’ll be allowed to leave your luggage, free of charge, in a specific area in our Hotel da Bruno.
