Strategically located in the lively Salizzada San Lio, halfway between St. Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge, only a few minutes walk each side, this peaceful and relaxing three bedrooms apartment sits on the first floor (there are only two flights of stairs to reach the flat) and it’s 90 square meters.
Well looked after and furnished with elegance, the charming “Ca’ San Lio” Venice apartment features a functional and fully-equipped kitchen (with also dish washer), a bright and spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, an airy double bedroom, two cosy single bedrooms, two bathrooms (a larger one with shower and washing machine, and another with w.c. and wash basin only) and a small veranda.
Comfortable and very well situated, the apartment is air-conditioned: three air conditioning units, one in the living room, one in the single rooms and a third one in the master bedroom, allow comfort during the warmer months. Accommodation is full of natural light during all day and it’s very quiet despite being in a central location.
Everything you might need is right outside: a large (by Venetian standards!) well-stocked Coop supermarket, a bakery, a pizza take-away, a fresh fruit and vegetable store, a butcher and one of the best ice cream parlours in Venice.
Our comment: This is one of our most popular properties, it’s consistently well-reviewed by happy guests for both the quality of its accommodation (quietness is guaranteed!) and its central position. It is an ideal retreat for guests seeking a very central but peaceful position. You will experience the comforts of home in a central position. It really makes you feel at home, even if you are away from home!

• Check-in takes place at our Hotel da Bruno (web site: www.hoteldabruno.com) which is situated in the lively Salizzada San Lio street, three minutes’ walk either from the Rialto Bridge or St. Mark’s Square. The apartment is situated only a few minutes from the hotel and one of our representatives will walk you to the property and will provide all needed information. The exact address is 5726/A Castello – Salizzada San Lio street, Venice city centre.
Check-in hours: check in service is included in the rate and it’s from 3.00 pm Our Hotel da Bruno reception is 24hs open. In case of early arrival – if the apartment is empty and ready – we will let you check-in in advance. If not, you’ll be allowed to leave your luggage, free of charge, in a specific area in our Hotel da Bruno.
