This home is truly centrally located, only few minutes to both Rialto Bridge and Saint Mark’s Square.
Newly renovated and furnished with elegance, the “Gondola” apartment has a beautiful view on a picturesque canal: thanks to the four canal facing windows, you can enjoy a romantic canal view where gondolas can often be seen passing peacefully by.
The main living area is of good size (there is also a comfortable pull-out sofa bed) and there is a functional and well equipped open space kitchen with all you need for cooking a fabulous meal. The area is welcoming. This accommodation features also a cosy double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
This graceful apartment features an easy living sort of atmosphere: it is located at the ground floor, therefore it is easily accessible. The front door is at a small typical Venetian “corte”. Being located in a quiet residential side, far enough from the busy tourist itinerary nearby, the “Gondola” apartment is absolutely quiet.
The house is air conditioned. Accommodation is full of natural light during all day and views of gondolas sliding through and pleasant serenades are guaranteed here.
This amazing newly renovated apartment is very well located, in a very characteristic and popular area of Venice, tucked away yet close to many restaurants and shops, including a large (by Venetian standards!) well-stocked Coop supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a pizza take-away, a neighbourhood grocery shop, and to the famous Venetian Pasticceria Didovich, one of the most celebrated pastry shops in the city. Everything you might need is right outside!
Our family runs the small charming Hotel da Bruno in the neighbourhood– extremely convenient for check-in, check-out and any additional needs you might have. The owners, or the 24-hour hotel reception, are always on hand!

Our comment: this extremely convenient house has an authentic Venetian atmosphere and is highly recommended for romantic escapes: with no doubt the most interesting feature is the truly authentic and romantic canal view.

• In order to welcome you at the best, please let us know the expected time of your arrival.
• Check-in takes place at our Hotel da Bruno (web site: www.hoteldabruno.com) which is situated in the lively Salizzada San Lio street, three minutes’ walk either from the Rialto Bridge or St. Mark’s Square. The apartment is situated only a few minutes from the hotel and one of our representatives will walk you to the property and will provide all needed information. The exact address is 5726/A Castello – Salizzada San Lio street, Venice city centre.
Check-in hours: check in service is included in the rate from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm (Monday to Thursday), extended to 9.30 pm on Friday – Saturday – Sunday
Late check in: If you arrive at the meeting point (Hotel da Bruno) after 8.00 pm (after 9.30 pm from Friday to Sunday) you can anyway
check-in in our Hotel da Bruno, pick up keys and reach the apartment by yourself (a few minutes’ walk) with a good map that we will provide. Hotel da Bruno reception is 24hs open. No additional costs.
In case of early arrival – if the apartment is empty and ready – we will let you check-in in advance. If not, you’ll be allowed to leave your luggage, free of charge, in a specific area in our Hotel da Bruno.
